      为探究冀东地区晚播对强筋小麦植株性状、籽粒产量和品质的影响,选用津农7号和中麦998两个强筋小麦品种为试验材料,设置5个播期10月10日(D1)、10月17日(D2)、10月24日(D3)、10月31日(D4)和11月7日(D5),以D1播期为对照,分析了晚播7天、14天、21天、28天对强筋小麦植株性状、干物质积累转运、籽粒产量和面粉加工品质等的影响,以及冬前积温与小麦产量和品质性状的关系。结果表明,晚播降低了强筋小麦的株高,增大旗叶面积和分蘖成穗率;降低了干物质积累量和向籽粒的转运量。降低了小麦的公顷穗数、千粒重、产量,2个强筋小麦品种产量显著下降的播期存在差异,津农7号为D2播期,中麦998为D3播期。随着播期的推迟,籽粒蛋白质含量、面粉的湿面筋含量、稳定时间、最大拉伸阻力等表现为先升后降的趋势,其中两个品种的蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、面筋指数均在D3播期最大,稳定时间、拉伸面积在D4播期最大,最大拉伸阻力分别在D2和D4播期最大。经相关性分析,冬前积温与强筋小麦株高和穗数呈极显著正相关,与千粒重和产量呈显著正相关,而与旗叶面积呈极显著负相关,与面筋指数、稳定时间呈显著负相关。综上,晚播不利于强筋小麦高产,但适当推迟播期可以增加小麦籽粒蛋白质和湿面筋含量,进而改善营养和加工品质。本试验条件下,津农7号达到高产优质的最佳播期为10月10日,中麦998为10月17日。

      In order to explore the effects of late sowing on plant traits, grain yield and quality of strong gluten wheat in eastern Hebei Province, two strong gluten wheat varieties, Jinnong 7 and Zhongmai 998, were selected as experimental materials. Five sowing dates were set up on October 10(D1), October 17(D2), October 24(D3), October 31(D4) and November 7(D5). With D1 sowing date as the control, The effects of late sowing 7 days, 14 days, 21 days and 28 days on plant traits, dry matter accumulation and transport, grain yield and flour processing quality of strong gluten wheat were analyzed, and the relationship between accumulated temperature before winter and wheat yield and quality traits was analyzed. The results showed that late sowing reduced the plant height of strong gluten wheat, increased flag leaf area and tiller earing rate. Reduced dry matter accumulation and transport to grains. The spike number per hectare, 1000-grain weight and yield of wheat were reduced. There were differences in the sowing date of significant yield reduction between the two strong gluten wheat varieties. Jinnong 7 was D2 sowing date and Zhongmai 998 was D3 sowing date. With the delay of sowing date, the grain protein content, wet gluten content, stability time and maximum tensile resistance of flour showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing. The protein content, wet gluten content and gluten index of the two varieties were the largest at D3 sowing date, the stability time and tensile area were the largest at D4 sowing date, and the maximum tensile resistance was the largest at D2 and D4 sowing date, respectively. Correlation analysis showed that the accumulated temperature before winter was significantly positively correlated with plant height and spike number of strong gluten wheat, significantly positively correlated with 1000-grain weight and yield, significantly negatively correlated with flag leaf area, and significantly negatively correlated with gluten index and stability time. In summary, late sowing is not conducive to high yield of strong gluten wheat, but appropriately delaying sowing date can increase the content of protein and wet gluten in wheat grains, thereby improving nutrition and processing quality. Under the conditions of this experiment, the best sowing date for Jinnong 7 to achieve high yield and high quality is October 10, and Zhongmai 998 is October 17.
