Fusarium head blight(FHB) is a devastating disease of wheat, which seriously reduces grain yield and end-use quality. In order to exploring resistant germplasm resources and resistant genes to FHB, 59 wheat cultivars(lines) from Jiangsu Province were identified for resistance to FHB by single floret injection in 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 and screened using molecular markers related to Fhb1, Fhb2, Fhb4, Fhb5 and QFhs.crc-2DL. Sumai 3, Yangmai 158, Yangmai 15 and Annong 8455 were used as the control of highly resistant, moderately resistant, moderately susceptible and highly susceptible to FHB, respectively. The yield-related agronomic traits were investigated among cultivars(lines) of medium resistance and above level. The results showed that 19 cultivars were moderately resistant to FHB in two years of 2016-2017 and 2017-2018.Among the tested 59 cultivars(lines),9 cultivars probably only carried Fhb1 with 22.21% of diseased rate of spikelets;10 cultivar sprobably only carried QFhs.crc-2DL with 27.82% of diseased rate of spikelets. Fhb2, Fhb4 and Fhb5 were rarely found in the tested cultivars(lines).Zhenmai 12, Ningmai 1529, Ningmai 27, Zhenmai 13322, Ningmai 17110, Zhenmai 13, Ningmai 17108 and Ningmai 17396 performed good resistance and excellent comprehensive agronomic traits, which can be used as germplasms for FHB resistance breeding. |
