为鉴定177份土耳其小麦种质对中国当前条锈菌流行小种的抗病性水平,分析其条锈病抗性基因的存在情况,在杨凌人工诱发病圃(CYR32、CYR33、CYR34)及江油和天水自然诱发病圃对供试材料进行了成株期条锈病抗性鉴定,选用小麦条锈菌致病型PST-Lab.1、PST-Lab.2、PST-V26.1在温室进行苗期分小种抗病鉴定,利用 Yr5、 Yr7、 Yr9、 Yr10、 Yr15、 Yr17、 Yr18、 Yr26、 Yr29、 Yr30、 Yr32、 Yr36、 Yr46、 Yr76、和 Yr81共15个条锈病抗性基因的分子标记进行分子检测筛查。结果表明,全生育期抗病材料有10份,其中7份由已知基因介导,3份未检测到已知基因;对部分致病型失去抗性的全生育期抗病材料有40份,其中36份由已知基因介导,4份未检测到已知基因;成株期抗病材料有47份,其中37份由已知基因介导,10份未检测到任何已知基因。初步明确了供试土耳其小麦种质的条锈病抗性水平和可能携带的抗病基因,17份可能含有未知新基因的材料有待进一步研究分析。 |

In order to identify the resistance level of 177 Turkish wheat germplasms to the current races of stripe rust in China, and analyze the existence of stripe rust resistance genes, so as to provide materials for Chinese wheat breeding for resistance to stripe rust, the resistance of wheat stripe rust was identified in Yangling artificial induced disease nursery(CYR32, CYR33, CYR34) and Jiangyou and Tianshui natural induced disease nursery at adult stage. PST-Lab.1, PST-Lab.2 and PST-V26.1 were selected to identify the resistance of wheat stripe rust at seedling stage in greenhouse. A total of 15 molecular markers for stripe rust resistance genes( Yr5, Yr7, Yr9, Yr10, Yr15, Yr17, Yr18, Yr26, Yr29, Yr30, Yr32, Yr36, Yr46, Yr76 and Yr81) were used for molecular detection. The results showed that 10 materials had the all stage resistance, 7 of which were mediated by known genes, 3 of which were not screened for any known genes. There were 40 resistant materials which lost resistance to some pathotypes in the whole growth period, 36 of which were mediated by known genes, and 4 of which were not detected any known genes. There were 47 materials had the adult plant resistance, 37 of which were mediated by known genes, 10 of which were not screened for any known genes. The level of resistance to stripe rust and possible disease-resistance genes of Turkish wheat germplasms were preliminarily clarified. Seventeen of these materials, which may contain unknown novel resistance genes,need to be further studied and analyzed. |
