为筛选适宜河套灌区种植的优质、高产春小麦品种,以北方春小麦主产区栽培的24个品种为供试材料,采用主成分分析与聚类分析相结合的品质-产量综合评价方法,系统分析了两种灌溉模式下不同小麦品种籽粒品质和产量的综合表现。结果表明,节水灌溉模式下多数供试品种的籽粒产量较常规灌溉模式有所降低,但籽粒品质优于常规灌溉模式。通过主成分分析,从11个品质指标中提取出4个主成分,累计贡献率达到了91.29%,其中,贡献率较大的指标有蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、沉降值、面团延展性;根据品质主成分综合得分和产量聚类,在两种灌溉模式下筛选出5个兼具优质和高产潜力的品种,以龙麦26表现最好,适宜在河套灌区大面积推广种植。 |

In order to screen spring wheat varieties with high quality and high grain yield which is suitable for Hetao irrigation district, a field experiment was carried out to make the systematical analysis on comprehensive performance of grain yield and quality of different wheat varieties. A total of 24 spring wheat varieties, which are widely planted in the northern China, and the principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used for comprehensive evaluation of quality-yield combination. The results showed that the yield of most tested varieties under water-saving irrigation mode was lower than that under conventional irrigation mode, but the grain quality was higher. Through the principal component analysis, four principal components were extracted from 11 quality indicators, and the cumulative contribution rate reached to 91.29%. Among them, the indicators with larger contribution rate are protein content, wet gluten content, sedimentation value and dough malleability. According to systematic clustering of yield and comprehensive scores of quality principal components, five varieties with both high quality and high yield potential under the two irrigation models were screened out. Among them, Longmai 26 performed best, which is suitable for large-scale planting in Hetao irrigation district. |
