      为揭示小麦耐热机理,以3个耐热性不同的小麦品种(系)[44(耐热)、94(热敏感)和中国春(热敏感)]为材料,在开花后15 d至成熟进行胁迫(昼/夜温度37/17 ℃,14/10 h),探究热胁迫对小麦灌浆时间、千粒重、籽粒淀粉含量、组成和淀粉颗粒的影响。结果表明,在高温胁迫处理后,耐热和热敏感小麦籽粒总淀粉含量均降低,直/支比分别下降和升高;与耐热品系44相比,2个热敏感小麦品种的A型淀粉颗粒粒径减小,中间型淀粉颗粒(8~14 μm)增多。这些结果说明,灌浆期高温胁迫抑制了小麦籽粒淀粉的积累,但不同耐热能力的品种(系)对高温胁迫的响应存在差异。
英文摘要:
      In order to verify the mechanism of heat tolerance of wheat,three wheat lines with different heat tolerance were subject to heat stress (37/17 ℃,14/10 h for diurnal cycle) from 15 days after anthesis. The effects of heat stress on grain filling time,thousand kernel weight,grain endosperm starch content,starch composition and starch granules distribution were observed and measured. The results showed that under the high temperature conditions,the grain filling time of wheat was shortened obviously and the grain weight was decreased,and the effect of high stress on the grain development was consistent with the heat tolerance of the cultivars. The total starch content of grains was decreased and the total starch content of the heat sensitive wheat lines were decreased more than that of the heat resistive wheat lines. Under high temperature conditions,the ratio of amylose/amylopectin in heat sensitive wheat is increased,whereas decreased in the heat sensitive wheat. The results showed that the effect of heat stress on amylose/amylopectin was related to the heat tolerance of the cultivars,and the inhibition of heat sensitive wheat amylopectin was more serious. Granule size of A type starch granules was decreased,and the numbers of starch granules with particle size of 8-14 μm were increased for heat sensitive wheat (94 and CS) under heat stress. However,heat stress has little effect on these traits for the heat tolerant wheat line (44). The research mainly found that the alteration of starch granule size,number of 8-14 μm starch granules,total starch content andamylose/amylopectin are important characteristics in response to heat stress,in which the changes of mediated granules were tightly related to heat tolerance.
