| 周麦49号是周口市农业科学院2012年4月以周麦22号为母本,周麦27号为父本配置杂交组合,杂交种子在周口市农业科学院进行就地夏繁加代,定为重点组合。经多年连续运用夏繁加代、分子标记辅助选择、抗病性和品质平行测定等技术定向选择,于2018年选育定型,系谱号为12218s-2-4-1-2-2,定名为周麦49号。2021年获国家植物新品种权保护(品种权号：CNA20191003880),2024年获国家农作物品种审定证书(国审麦20241045)。 |

| Zhoumai 49 is a hybrid combination with Zhoumai 22 as the mother and Zhoumai 27 as the father in April 2012 by Zhoukou Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The hybrid seeds were added in the local summer propagation in Zhoukou Academy of Agricultural Sciences and were designated as the key combination.After many years of continuous use of summer multiplication, molecular marker-assisted selection, disease resistance and parallel quality determination and other techniques of directional selection, it was selected and established in 2018, and the genealogy number was 12218s-2-4-1-2-2, named Zhoumai 49. In 2021, it will be protected by the National Plant new variety right (number: CNA20191003880), and in 2024, it will be granted the National Crop variety certification (20241045). |
