      新疆昭苏县因年均气温低使得小麦条锈菌可独立完成周年循环,同时西邻哈萨克斯坦,当地菌源可能与国外菌源存在交流,因此,对该县进行小麦条锈菌生理小种鉴定具有重要意义。本研究对2023年采自新疆昭苏县100份小麦条锈菌标样进行生理小种鉴定,以期明确该地区生理小种构成。结果表明,共监测到16个生理小种,其中CYR 34、CYR 30、贵 22-13及Su 11-2 出现频率较高,分别为 21.62%、10.81%、10.81%和 9.45%;贵农22类群为优势类群,出现频率高达 39.19%。感染抗条锈病基因Yr1、YrA、Yr3、Yr6、YrVir1-4、YrSu和Yr9 菌株的发生频率均大于 70%,表明这些基因在昭苏县基本丧失抗性,而还可利用的抗条锈基因有Yr3b+4b、YrJu1-4、Yr1,YrKy1-4、Yr10,Yr24/26和Yr5。新疆昭苏县的小麦条锈菌生理小种丰富, CYR 34小种已成为该地区的流行小种。该研究结果为新疆伊犁河谷地区的小麦条锈病发生流行及抗病育种提供科学依据。

      Due to the annual low average temperature, wheat stripe rust (Puccinia striiformis f.sp.tritici, Pst) could complete the annual cycle independently in Zhaosu County, Xinjiang. Meanwhile, neighboring Kazakhstan to the west, the Pst in local may have exchanges with foreign ones. Therefore, it is of great significance to identify physiological race of wheat stripe rust in this county. In this study, 100 samples of wheat stripe rust was collected from Zhaosu county, Xinjiang in 2023, which was conducted to identify physiological race, then to clarify the physiological race composition in this region. The results showed that a total of 16 physiological races were detected, among which CYR 34, CYR 30, Gui 22-13, and Su 11-2 had higher frequencies, accounting for 21.62%, 10.81%, 10.81%, and 9.45% respectively. Guinong 22 group was the dominant group, with a high frequency of 39.19%. The occurrence frequencies of strains carrying resistance genes Yr1, YrA, Yr3, Yr6, YrVir1-4, YrSu, and Yr9 were all greater than 70%, indicating that these genes have basically lost their resistance in Zhaosu County. However, the available resistance genes against stripe rust include Yr3b+4b, YrJu1-4, Yr1, YrKy1-4, Yr10, Yr24/26, and Yr5.The physiological races of wheat stripe rust in Zhaosu had abundant diversity, with CYR 34 race becoming prevalent in the region. The results of this study provide scientific basis for the occurrence and epidemic of wheat stripe rust disease as well as for breeding resistant varieties in the Yili River Valley region of Xinjiang.
