分蘖数目是决定小麦产量的重要性状之一。在小麦生长发育过程中,分蘖是一个复杂的生理过程。了解小麦分蘖数目的分子遗传机制有利于对小麦株型进行精准改良。本文从分蘖生长发育过程、分蘖数目遗传位点的挖掘以及相关基因的克隆三方面进行综述,并对小麦分蘖数目性状的研究进行展望,以期为小麦分蘖遗传研究和品种改良提供参考。 |

Tiller number is one of the most important traits which determines wheat yield. During the growth and development of wheat, the regulation of tillering is a complex physiological process. Understanding the genetic and molecular basis of tiller number in wheat is beneficial for precise improvement of plant architecture. In this paper, we summarized three aspects made in the growth and development of tillering, the discovery of genetic loci controlling tiller number, and the cloning of tiller number related genes, and gave an outlook for future research on tiller number in wheat. This review may provide reference for the genetic research of tillering and improvement in wheat breeding. |
