      燕麦(Avena sativa L.)是内蒙古一种特色的粮饲兼用作物,多种植在养分贫瘠和盐碱化土壤上。为明确燕麦不同器官的内生微生物及其差异性,以巴彦淖尔五原县盐碱地健康燕麦植株为研究对象,基于Illumina MiSeq高通量测序技术对燕麦根、茎和叶的内生真菌进行了测序与生物信息分析。结果表明,高通量测序共获得950个OTUs,分属于4个门、12个纲、55个属。Alpha多样性指数表明,各器官的内生真菌多样性指数(Shannon_true_diveristy,Simpson_true_divesity)表现为叶>茎>根,且叶片和根之间的差异显著(P<0.05)。多样性分组分析表明,燕麦不同器官间内生真菌的群落结构、丰度存在一定差异。门水平上子囊菌门(Ascomycota)占99.7%;在纲分类水平,粪壳菌纲(Sordariomycetes)和座囊菌纲(Dothideomycetes)在根部富集明显,而锤舌菌纲(Leotiomycetes)在茎部富集;在属级水平,相对丰度较高的属Schizothecium在根部明显富集。燕麦植株不同器官均有丰富的内生真菌,其中叶片内生真菌的多样性最为丰富。

      Oat(Avena sativa L.) is a characteristic crop and forage plants in Inner Mongolia,which is broadly planted in nutrient-poor and saline-alkali soil. In order to clarify the diversity and difference of endophytic fungi in oat organs,healthy oat plants in saline-alkali farmland at Wuyuan County of Bayannaoer were selected as materials. Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology was used to sequence and analyze the endophytic fungi in roots,stems and leaves of oats. The results showed that 950 OTUs were obtained by high-throughput sequencing,which belonged to 4 phyla,12 classes and 55 genera. Alpha diversity index confirmed that the diversity index of endophytic fungi(Shannon_true_diveristy,Simpson_true_divesity) of each organ ranged leaf>stem>root,and the difference between leaf and root was significant(P<0.05). The analysis of β diversity grouping showed that there were certain differences in the community structure and abundance of endophytes in different organs of oat. At the phylum level,Ascomycota accounted for 99.7%. The LEfSe analysis of microflora difference showed that at the class classification level,Sordariomycetes and Dothideomycetes were enriched in roots,while Leotiomycetes were enriched in stems. At the genus level,Schizothecium with relatively high abundance was significantly enriched in roots. Therefore,there are abundant endophytic fungi resources in different organs of oats,and the diversity of leaf endophytic fungi is relatively rich.
