      为探究长江中下游地区小麦品种根系特征,以该地区71个历史和现代主推品种为材料,采用改进透明盆播法种植小麦,在苗期观测初生根数量和角度。结果表明,不同品种间初生根角度和根数存在显著差异。小麦品种初生根平均数量和平均角度分别为4.8条和106.9°,变化范围分别为3.6~5.6条和  78.8~124.1°。植株的初生根系数量和角度分别为3~6条和54.2~143.3°。不同品种的初生根数与角度呈显著线性正相关,但5条与6条初生根的植株间初生根角度差异不显著。初生根角度和根数在半冬性与春性品种间均未表现出显著差异,不同育成年代品种间也无显著差异。
英文摘要:
      In order to explore the root system characteristics of wheat varieties in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River,71 historical and modern wheat varieties released in this area were planted in the improved transparent pots,and at the seedling stage,the number and angle of seminal roots were observed.The results showed that there were significant genotype differences in the seminal root angle and number among different cultivars.The mean seminal root number of all 71 varieties was  4.8 with a range of 3.6-5.6.The mean value of seminal root angle was 106.9° with a range of 78.8-124.1°.The seminal root number of all plants measured in the experiment was 3-6,and the seminal root angle was 54.2-143.3°.There was a significant linear positive correlation between the number and root angles of seminal roots for different cultivars,but there was no significant difference in root angle between wheat plants with 5 and 6 seminal roots.No significant difference was found in the seminal root angle and root number between the seminal-winter and weak-winter types of cultivars,and no significant difference was found among the cultivars bred in different decades.
