      为明确不同生态环境下减少灌水次数对冬性强筋小麦产量和品质的影响,以冬性强筋小麦品种农优3号和中麦998为材料,分别在冀中北生态区的徐水区和冀东生态区的昌黎县进行大田试验,设3个灌水次数处理(CK:越冬水+拔节水+开花水;W2:越冬水+拔节水;W1:越冬水),研究了不同灌水次数对冬性强筋小麦叶面积系数、干物质积累、籽粒产量和品质的影响。结果表明,随灌水次数减少,两个供试小麦品种孕穗期叶面积系数呈下降趋势,W1处理显著低于其他处理;减少灌水次数导致2个冬性强筋小麦地上部的干物质积累量显著降低,而对收获指数的影响因品种而异,其中农优3号收获指数呈上升趋势,而中麦998以W2处理最大。减少灌水次数使冬性强筋小麦有效穗数、穗粒数和千粒重显著降低,导致产量显著降低。灌水次数减少造成冬性强筋小麦籽粒容重和蛋白质含量提高,稳定时间延长,但湿面筋含量和沉降值下降。本研究条件下,徐水点农优3号的产量较高,而昌黎点中麦998的产量较高;相同灌水处理下,同一品种在昌黎点的品质指标优于徐水试验点。综上,在河北冬性强筋小麦种植区可以选用灌越冬水和拔节水协调其籽粒产量和品质。

      In order to clarify the effect of reducing irrigation frequency on the yield and quality of strong gluten winter wheat under different ecological environments,field experiments were carried out in Xushui District of North Hebei ecological region and Changli County of Eastern Hebei ecological region with two strong gluten winter wheat cultivars: Nongyou 3 and Zhongmai 998.Three irrigation treatments(CK: winter water+jointing water+flowering water; W2: winter water+jointing water; W1: winter water) were set up to study the effects of different irrigation frequency on the maximum leaf area index,dry matter accumulation,grain yield and quality of strong gluten winter wheat. The results showed that the maximum leaf area index decreased with the reduction of irrigation frequency and it was significantly lower under W1 treatment than that under other treatments. With the reduction of irrigation frequency,the dry matter accumulation of the two strong gluten winter wheat cultivars were significantly decreased and the effects on the harvest index varied between wheat cultivars,which showed an upward trend for Nongyou 3,while that of Zhongmai 998 was the largest under W2 treatment. Decreasing irrigation frequency induced the decrease of effective spike number,grain number per spike and 1 000-grain weight,which led to a significant reduction of grain yield in strong gluten winter wheat. The decrease of irrigation frequency resulted in the increase of grain bulk density and protein content,and longer dough stability time,but decrease of wet gluten content and sedimentation value. Under the conditions of this study,the yield of Nongyou 3 was higher at Xushui experimental site,while the yield of Zhongmai 998 was higher at Changli experimental site.Under the same irrigation treatment,the quality parameters of the same strong gluten wheat cultivar at Changli were better than those at Xushui. In conclusion,irrigation before overwintering stage and at jointing stage are suggested for strong gluten winter wheat to coordinate grain yield and quality in Hebei.
