澳大利亚是世界主要小麦出口国,其小麦出口量占世界小麦出口总量的10%~15%。本文主要介绍澳大利亚小麦品质分类发展史、现有小麦分类及品质特性和小麦品种品质分类评定体系。澳大利亚小麦品质分类早期采用美国和加拿大执行的小麦品质分类标准,后期在西澳小麦咨询委员会、澳大利亚小麦品质目标项目群的建议和出口国家对小麦品质的要求下,最终形成了现有的8种小麦品质分类标准:优质硬麦(APH)、硬麦(AH)、优质白麦(APW)、标准白麦(ASW)、面条小麦(ANW)、优质面条白麦(APWN)、软麦(ASFT)和杜伦麦(ADR)。澳大利亚小麦品种品质分类着重于新品种的加工和最终使用性能,通过划分种植区域、设置对照品种、建立质量评定标准和贸易标准,最终形成了完整的小麦品种品质分类体系,保证了同类同等小麦质量的一致性和稳定性。 |

Australia is one of the world major wheat exporters, accounting for 10%-15% of the world’s total wheat exports.This review mainly introduces the development history of Australian wheat quality classification, the present wheat classification and quality characteristics, and the wheat quality classification system. The quality classification of Australian wheat initially adopted the wheat classification standards from the United States and Canada. Later, under the recommendations of State Wheat Advisory Committee of Western Australian and the Wheat Quality Objectives Group,and wheat quality requirements of exporting countries, the present eight wheat classification standards were finally established:Australian prime hard wheat(APH), Australian hard wheat(AH), Australian premium white wheat(APW), Australian standard white wheat(ASW), Australian standard noodle wheat(ANW), Australian premium white noodle wheat(APWN) , Australian soft wheat(ASFT) and Australian premium durum wheat(ADR).The quality classification of Australian wheat varieties focuses on the processing and end-use performance of new varieties, ultimately formed a perfect wheat quality classification system by dividing planting areas, setting up control varieties, establishing quality assessment standards and trading standards, so as to ensure the consistency and stability of the same wheat quality. |
