Controlling efficacy of different fungicides against Fusarium head blight (FHB),as well as their impact on content of deoxynivalenol (DON) toxin in wheat grain were investigated through field experiment. DON concentration in kernel were determined by high performance liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS) after the wheat harvest. In 2014,the single-agent test conducted in Jiangyan,Jianhu and Liuhe showed that 25% prothioconazole SC,25% phenamacril SC,30% tebuconazole SC and 25% carbendazim WP were effective against FHB and DON,while 20% azoxystrobin was less effective against FHB,but ineffective against DON. 25% prothioconazole had the best controlling effects, with control effects of 84.7%,84.7% and 68.0%,respectively. In 2015,a total of 12 fungicides including single-agent and compounds were tested in Jiangyan. 75% chlorothalonil·tebuconazole WP,25% prothioconazole SC,25% phenamacril SC and 48% phenamacril·tebuconazole SC had the best controlling effects against FHB and DON,which the contamination levels of DON in wheat grain were below the maximum allowable level in China (1 000 μg·kg-1),and the controlling effects were 76.3%,75.6%,73.6% and 72.2% for DON content, respectively. The correlation analysis between disease index, disease ear rate and DON content showed that there was a significant positive correlation between disease index and DON content(r=0.628,P=0.022),whereas there was no significant correlation between disease ear rate and DON content (r=0.400,P=0.176). |
