      为鉴定小麦光温敏雄性不育系穗发芽抗性,筛选有效鉴定穗发芽的分子标记,进一步挖掘抗穗发芽种质资源,测定了88份小麦不育系的整穗发芽率(SGR),利用 Vp1B3 Xwmc468 TaSdr-B1 TaPHS1-646 TaPHS1-666 TaMFT-721J共计6个标记对供试材料进行了基因型检测。结果表明,88份小麦雄性不育系的SGR存在不同程度差异,SGR值变化范围为3.75%~93.23%,平均为45.49%,其中有10个品系的SGR值小于10%。基因型与SGR的相关性分析表明, Vp1B3 Xwmc468的D片段类型与SGR显著相关(P<0.05); TaSdr-B1 TaMFT-721J与SGR相关性不显著; TaPHS1-646与SGR显著相关(P<0.05); TaPHS1-666的NW97S186单倍型与SGR显著相关(P<0.01)。说明 Vp1B3 Xwmc468 TaPHS1-646可作为小麦光温敏雄性不育系穗发芽抗性鉴定的分子标记; TaPHS1-666可作为小麦光温敏雄性不育系穗发芽抗性分子鉴定的参考标记。综合SGR和分子标记检测结果,筛选出6份具有较低SGR值的不育系种质资源,分别为BS212、BS143、BS206、BS129、BS117和BS237。

      In order to identify pre-harvest sprouting resistance,screen effective molecular markers,and explore resistance germplasm resources corresponding photo-thermal sensitive sterile lines of wheat,the whole spike germination rate(SGR) and six molecular markers( Vp1B3, Xwmc468, TaSdr-B1, TaPHS1-646, TaPHS1-666 and TaMFT-721J) were determined in 88 wheat sterile lines. The results showed that the mean value of SGR in the 88 wheat sterile lines was 45.49%,and the variation ranges form 3.75% to 93.23%. The SGR of 10 wheat sterile lines were less than 10%. The correlations between molecular makers and SGR were analyzed in this study.The molecular marker Vp1B3 was significantly correlated with SGR(P<0.01).The D genotype of Xwmc468 and TaPHS1-646 was significantly correlated with SGR(P<0.05). TaSdr-B1 and TaMFT-721J were not related to SGR.The results showed that the molecular markers Vp1B3, Xwmc468 and TaPHS1-646 can be used for molecular identification of wheat sterile lines,and TaPHS1-666can be used as a reference molecular marker. Six wheat sterile lines with low SGR were screened out,and they were important genetic resources for hybrid wheat breeding programs.
