      冰草是小麦的重要优质基因源,为更好地利用冰草资源进行小麦育种,以四倍体杂交冰草F2群体的246个分离单株无性系及其亲本为材料,在课题组前期已构建的冰草高密度分子遗传连锁图谱上,利用区间作图法对两年一地环境条件下测定的冰草WSC、淀粉和粗纤维含量的QTL进行了定位分析。结果发现,在LOD >2.5的条件下,共检测到85个QTLs位点;在两年一地不同环境条件下均能检测到的稳定QTLs有11个,分布在冰草LG1、LG3、LG8、LG9、LG10和LG14连锁群上,遗传贡献率范围在10.1%~ 41.4%之间。贡献率 >20%的主效QTLs有6个,分别是qwsc1-1(2)-1、qwsc10-1(2)-2、qwsc14-1(2)-3、qst3-1(2)-5、qcf1-1(2)-3和qcf8-1(2)-2。本研究明确了各稳定QTLs的分子标记位点和遗传效应,为深入开展冰草3个品质性状QTL的精细定位及分子标记辅助育种等研究奠定了基础。

      Wheatgrass(Agropyron Gaertn.) is an important high quality gene source of wheat.In order to make better use of wheatgrass resources for wheat breeding, 246 isolated individual clones from F2 segregation population of tetraploid hybrid crested wheatgrass and their parents were used as materials.Based on the high-density molecular genetic linkage map of wheatgrass constructed previously, the content of WSC(water soluble carbohydrate), starch and crude fiber under two-year environmental conditions was analyzed by the interval mapping method.The results showed that 85 QTLs were detected under the condition of LOD >2.5, and 11 stable QTLs were detected under different environmental conditions in two years, which were distributed in LG1, LG3, LG8, LG9, LG10 and LG14 linkage groups, and the genetic contribution rate ranged from 10.1% to 41.4%.There are six main QTLs with contribution rate >20%, which are qwsc1-1(2)-1,qwsc10-1(2)-2,qwsc14-1(2)-3,qst3-1(2)-5,qcf1-1(2)-3 and qcf8-1(2)-2.In this study, the molecular marker sites and genetic effects of each stable QTLs were identified.This laid a foundation for further research on fine mapping and molecular marker-assisted breeding of the three quality traits in wheatgrass.
