In order to explore the effects of field border length for irrigation on canopy light utilization characteristics of winter wheat, using Jimai 22 as experiment material, four field border length treatments were set up at 10 m(L10),20 m(L20),30 m(L30) and 40 m(L40) with 90% inflow cutoff. The soil water content at anthesis, leaf area index after anthesis, canopy light utilization characteristics and yield of wheat under different treatments were analyzed. The results showed that, with the increase of field border length, the irrigation amount, soil water content, canopy PAR conversion efficiency and PAR utility efficiency, wheat yield and water use efficiency were increased. The leaf area index of wheat during 0 to 28 days after anthesis and the canopy PAR capture ratio, intercepted ratio at 14 days after anthesis were also increased. However, the PAR penetration ratio was decreased with the increase of field border length. The above indices under L40 treatment were significantly different from those under other treatments. The effect of field border length on wheat water consumption amount was not obvious. Therefore, increasing irrigation field border length can promote soil water storage,PAR absorption, conversion and utilization of wheat canopy, yield and water use efficiency.Under this test conditions, the irrigation of 40 m furrow was the best. |
