      为了解青海和西藏小麦品种中光周期基因的分布情况,采用KASP标记对青海和西藏249份小麦品种光周期基因Ppd-D1Ppd-B1Ppd-A1等位变异组成进行检测。结果显示,在Ppd-B1位点上,237个品种携带光周期不敏感型等位变异Ppd-B1a(95.18%),12个品种携带光周期敏感型等位变异Ppd-B1b(4.82%);在Ppd-A1位点上,233个品种携带光周期不敏感型等位变异Ppd-A1a(93.57%),16个品种携带光周期敏感型等位变异Ppd-A1b(6.43%);在Ppd-D1位点上,221个品种携带光周期不敏感型等位变异Ppd-D1a(88.76%),28个品种携带光周期敏感型等位变异Ppd-D1b(11.24%)。光周期不敏感型等位变异Ppd-B1aPpd-A1a分别在青海和西藏小麦品种光周期反应中占主导地位。西藏和青海小麦品种中共存在6种等位变异组合类型,其中青海小麦品种中存在5种等位变异组合类型,不存在Ppd-D1a/Ppd-B1b/Ppd-A1a类型,西藏农家品种中存在4种等位变异组合类型,不存在含光周期敏感型等位变异Ppd-A1b的类型。等位变异组合Ppd-D1a/Ppd-B1a/Ppd-A1a在青海和西藏小麦品种中分布最广。

      In order to clarify the distribution situation of photoperiod genes in wheat cultivars from Qinghai and Tibet,the allelic composition of the photoperiod genes Ppd-D1,Ppd-A1 andPpd-B1 in 249 wheat cultivars were identified and analyzed using the KASP markers. The results showed that 237 varieties carry the photoperiod insensitive allelic variation Ppd-B1a(95.18%) and 12 varieties carry the photoperiod sensitive allelic variationPpd-B1b(4.82%) atPpd-B1 locus.At Ppd-A1 locus, 233 varieties carry the photoperiod insensitive allelic variation Ppd-A1a(93.57%), and 16 varieties carry the photoperiod sensitive allelic variation Ppd-A1b(6.43%).At Ppd-D1 locus, 221 varieties carry the photoperiod insensitive allelic variationPpd-D1a(88.76%), and 29 varieties carry the photoperiod sensitive allelic variationPpd-D1b(11.24%).Photoperiod insensitive allelic variation Ppd-B1a and Ppd-A1a dominated the photoperiodic responses of Qinghai and Tibeten wheat cultivars, respectively.According to the statistics of allelic variation of all wheat varieties, there were six types of allelic combinations in wheat varieties of Qinghai and Tibet, and five allelic combinations are distributed in Qinghai wheat varieties.There were four allelic combinations in Tibet wheat varieties, including Ppd-D1a/ Ppd-B1a/ Ppd-A1a,Ppd-D1b/ Ppd-B1b/ Ppd-A1a, Ppd-D1a/ Ppd-B1b/ Ppd-A1a, and Ppd-D1b/ Ppd-B1a/ Ppd-A1a.The allelic combination Ppd-D1a/ Ppd-B1a/ Ppd-A1a is most widely distributed in Qinghai and Tibet wheat varieties.The results of the study indicated that there were more wildly distributed photoperiod insensitive allelic variations(Ppd-A1a, Ppd-B1a and Ppd-D1a) among the three photoperiod genes loci in Qinghai and Tibet wheat cultivars, while the distribution of photoperiod sensitive allelic variations were very low.
