      为深入开展冰草优异基因的图位克隆、精细定位及标记辅助育种,以四倍体杂交冰草246个F2群体分离单株及其亲本为材料,在前期已构建出的冰草高密度分子遗传连锁图谱基础上进行了粗蛋白质含量、粗脂肪含量、茎叶比及单株产量4个重要性状的QTL定位分析。结果发现,在连锁系数LOD阈值>2.0条件下,4个被测性状共检测到37个QTLs,14个连锁群上均有分布,其遗传贡献率变化范围为6.1%~ 37.8%。在37个QTLs中,控制粗蛋白质含量性状的有6个,控制粗脂肪含量性状的有9个,控制茎叶比性状的有12个,控制单株产量性状的有10个。
英文摘要:
      In order to lay a foundation for further research on map-based cloning, fine mapping and marker-assisted breeding of the elite genes in wheatgrass, in this experiment, a total of 246 F2 individuals of wheatgrass and their parents were used as test materials. Four quality and yield related traits:crude protein content, crude fat content, stem-leaf ratio(in weight) and fresh weight of single plant, were analyzed with QTL mapping on the basis of the high density molecular linkage map previously constructed. Under the condition of LOD(logarithm of odds) threshold >2.0, a total of 37 QTLs for the four traits were detected and distributed on 14 linkage groups. Of all the QTLs, a total of six QTLs control crude protein content; nine QTLs control crude fat content; 12 QTLs control stem-leaf ratio, and 10 QTLs control fresh weight of single plant, with the genetic contribution rate ranging from 6.1% to 37.8%.
