为了摸索假禾谷镰孢菌最佳的产孢条件,在不同培养基、碳源、氮源、光照、温度以及pH值等条件下对假禾谷镰孢菌的产孢情况进行了测定。结果表明,假禾谷镰孢菌最适宜产孢培养基为PSA培养基和麦芽糖培养基,以麦芽糖作为碳源,产孢量最大;以硫酸铵作为氮源、麦芽糖为碳源、光暗交替有利于病原菌产孢;25 ℃时产孢量最大,为产孢最适温度;在微碱性条件产孢量较好。综上所述,假禾谷镰孢菌最佳的产孢条件是:PSA培养基或麦芽糖培养基,以硫酸铵为氮源,以麦芽糖为碳源,微碱性, 25 ℃光暗交替培养。 |

To explore the best sporulation conditions for F.pseudograminearum,in this study,sporulation of F.pseudograminearum were determined by different medium,carbon source,nitrogen source,light,temperature and pH. The results showed that PSA medium and maltose medium was most suitable for sporulation for F.pseudograminearum.Under the condition of maltose as carbon source and ammonium sulfate as nitrogen source,sporulation of pathogen reached the maximum. Light condition tests indicated that light and dark alternation was suitable for sporulation of the pathogen. The temperature tests showed that the optimum temperature for sporulation was 25 ℃. Tests of the pH conditions indicated that the tiny alkalinity was apt to sporulation of the pathogen. Altogether,the optimum sporulation conditions for F.pseudograminearum were PSA or maltose media of using ammonium sulfate as the nitrogen source and maltose as the carbon source,tiny alkalinity and light and dark alternation at 25 ℃for culture. |
