TaGAMyb是赤霉素合成途径中的一个转录因子。TaGAMyb-B在小麦中存在TaGAMyb-Ba和TaGAMyb-Bb两个等位变异。为了探讨这两种等位变异与小麦株高和第二节间细胞长度的关系,以93份春小麦育种材料的自然群体为对象,在2015和2016年对株高、第二节间细胞长度及两种等位变异进行了检测分析。结果表明,在这个春小麦自然群体中,分别属于TaGAMyb-Ba和TaGAMyb-Bb等位基因型的平均株高分别是73.43和68.93 cm,其差异显著(P<0.05)。第二节间中,TaGAMyb-Ba基因型材料转录本的表达量及节间厚壁组织细胞的长度均大于TaGAMyb-Bb基因型材料。所以, 推测TaGAMyb-Ba对春小麦第二节间伸长生长具有正向调控作用。 |

TaGAMyb is a transcription factor in the pathway of gibberellins synthesis. TaGAMyb-Ba and TaGAMyb-Bb are two allelic variants of TaGAMyb-B in wheat. In order to investigate the relationship between the two alleles and the plant height and the length of the second interstitial cells in wheat,the plant height,the length of the second interstitial cells and the two allelic variations were detected and analyzed,based on 93 natural spring wheat breeding materials in 2015 and 2016. The results show that the average plant height of TaGAMyb-Ba and TaGAMyb-Bb alleles wheat was 73.43 cm and 68.93 cm in a natural wheat population with significant difference(P<0.05). In the second stem section,the mRNA expression level of genotype TaGAMyb-Ba was higher than that of TaGAMyb-Bb genotype,and the length of the thick tissue cells of TaGAMyb-Ba was significantly longer than that of the genotype of TaGAMyb-Bb. Therefore,TaGAMyb-Ba was speculated to play a positive role in promoting the elongation of the second stem section in spring wheat. |
