In order to increase yield and improve quality of oat by application of Se and Zn fertilizer,a field experiment was carried out to study the effects of application of Se,Zn,and combined application of Se and Zn fertilizers on yield and mineral elements in naked oat,with Yanke No. 1 as research material. The yield of naked oat,Se and Zn accumulation,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,and Se content in grains were determined. Application of Se,Zn,and combined application of Se and Zn fertilizers as seed manure significantly increased the biomass of oat,respectively.Combined application of Se and Zn fertilizers increased grains yield by 2.8%,however,there was no significant effect among different treatments. The accumulation Zn and Se in seed showed increasing trend during the growth period. Compared with control(CK),the Zn accumulation was significantly increased with application of Zn fertilizer and combined application of Zn and Se fertilizer by 30.2% and 37.1%,respectively,and the Se accumulation was significantly increased with application of Se fertilizer and combined application of Zn and Se fertilizer by 95.3% and 110.6%,respectively.The Zn and Se content at maturity period were significantly increased by 30.5%,13.9%,31.5% and 41.7%,175.6%,239.4% with application of Zn,Se,combined of Se and Zn fertilizers,respectively. There was no significant effect on Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn and Cu content in seed at maturity period. The results showed that Zn and Se content in grains of oat could be improved with application of Se,Zn,and combined application of Se and Zn fertilizers,but grains yield was not decreased. |
