      为了解湖北近期选育的稻茬小麦新品系孕穗期耐渍性状的表现,在2013-2015年度采用灌水处理模拟田间渍害,对2013-2014年度湖北省和长江中下游小麦区域试验参试材料为主的小麦品种(系)进行了孕穗期耐渍性的鉴定和隶属函数综合评价。结果表明,渍水胁迫对小麦性状的抑制作用表现为主茎绿叶数>籽粒产量>SPAD值>千粒重>穗粒重>穗下茎长>株高>穗粒数>小穗数>穗长。在供试材料中,鄂麦155、鄂麦170、851、荆麦41、宁麦0898、宁麦09-72、华麦1168、扬麦20、郑麦122、扬麦10G47和庆麦914的耐渍性综合评价值高于耐渍对照品种农林46。通过聚类分析将参试材料划分为高耐渍、耐渍、中等耐渍和低耐渍4个类群,材料数分别为8、13、14和2个,分别占参试材料的21.62%、35.14%、37.84%和5.41%。耐渍性综合评价值与主茎绿叶数呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与穗粒重、千粒重、SPAD值和主茎绿叶数的耐渍系数均呈显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)正相关。
英文摘要:
      To understand waterlogging tolerance of wheat varieties(lines) at booting stage in Hubei rice-wheat rotation system,thirty-seven wheat varieties(lines) mainly from the official regional experiments in Hubei province and the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River were identified and evaluated in 2013-2015 through simulating field waterlogging by irrigation. The comprehensive evaluation value(D value) transformed by a few related traits was used in waterlogging tolerance evaluation. Measured traits inhibited by waterlogging were number of green leaves per main shoot(NGLMS)>grain yield(GY)>SPAD>1 000-grain weight(TGW) >grain weight per spike(GWS)>stem stalk(SS)>plant height(PH)>grain number per spike(GNS) >spikelet number per spike(SNS)>spike length(SL). Based on D value,Emai 155,Emai 170,851,Jingmai 41,Ningmai 0898,Ningmai 09-72,Huamai 1168,Yangmai 20,Zhengmai 122,Yangmai 10G47 and Qingmai 1914 were more tolerant to waterlogging than Nonglin 46,which is an internationally recognized waterlogging tolerant wheat variety.Four categories divided by system clustering were high tolerance(8 materials,21.62%),tolerance(13 materials,35.14%),moderate tolerance(14 materals,37.84%),and low tolerance(2 materials,5.41%). D value had significant positive correlation with NGLMS at 0.05 level,and had significant positive correlation with WTC(waterlogging tolerance coefficient) of GWS,TGW,SPAD and NGLMS at 0.05 or 0.01 level.
