      航天诱变后代遗传变异评价和表型鉴定对航天诱变育种材料的筛选具有重要意义。为了从小麦品种兰天15和郑麦9023的航天诱变后代中筛选出抗条锈病突变体,采用21对核心引物对其航天诱变后代与亲本的遗传相似性进行评估,用条锈菌菌株CYR32、CYR33和V26/G22对航天诱变后代进行苗期和成株期抗病性鉴定。结果表明,兰天15的航天诱变衍生系与亲本间差异标记数量较多,且抗条锈性和芒的有无等性状发生了遗传分离,推测可能存在异花授粉导致的遗传重组;郑麦9023的航天诱变衍生系与亲本差异标记数量均不超过2个,且苗期抗病性等绝大部分性状均与亲本相同,仅成株期抗病性较其亲本有明显提高,推测成株期抗病性变异可能来自航天诱变。结果表明,郑麦9023部分具有成株期抗病性的优良选系,可用于小麦抗条锈育种。

      The evaluation of the genetic variation and the phenotype identification of space mutation progeny is of great significance to space mutation breeding. To select the stripe rust mutants from the space mutagenesis of Liantian 15 and Zhengmai 9023,the genetic similarity between the space mutagenesis and their parents were assessed through 21 pairs of core primers and the stripe rust resistance were assessed through inoculating the prevalent stripe rust race CYR32,CYR33 and the main pathotype V26/G22 in the seedling stage in the greenhouse and in the adult plant stage in the field,respectively. And the agronomic traits were investigated in the field. The results showed that more than three molecular markers in the space mutagenesis of Liantian 15 were different from those in the mutagenic parents and the separation existed in the stripe rust resistance,the character of their awns and other agronomic traits. We speculated the variation of the characters resulted from cross pollination in Liantian 15. In the mutagenesis of Zhengmai 9023,less than two molecular markers were different from their parents,and the stripe rust resistance at the seedling stage to the tested races and most agronomic traits was consistent with Zhengmai 9023. However,the resistance to stripe rust of adult plant was improved. It can be concluded that the variation of adult plant resistance resulted from space mutation. The mutagenesis with adult resistance to stripe rust of Zhengmai 9023 can be useful in the future stripe rust resistance breeding.
