      为改良大麦籽粒性状,依据棱型、皮裸及选育水平对125份大麦材料按3种不同分类方式进行分组,比较了组别间的粒重、粒长、粒宽及粒厚的差异及各性状间的相关性。结果表明,大麦粒重与棱型相关,与皮、裸无相关性,二棱大麦粒重(46.89 mg)显著高于六棱大麦(35.71 mg)。就籽粒长而言,皮大麦长于裸大麦,二棱大麦长于六棱大麦,以野生大麦最长,为13.19 mm;人工驯化和品种选育使大麦粒长有所变短。二棱大麦的粒宽(3.55 mm)显著大于六棱大麦(3.26 mm);粒宽在皮、裸大麦间无显著差异。粒厚变异与粒宽类似,野生大麦的粒厚最小(1.69 mm)。相关分析表明,大麦粒重主要由粒宽、粒厚决定,且后两者呈极显著正相关。
英文摘要:
      To improve barley grain characters,differences of grain weight(GW),grain length(GL),grain width(GWid) and grain thickness(GT) were compared between groups derived from 125 accessions by three different classifications in terms of phenotypic traits of row-type,hulled and hulless,and domestication level. Correlation analysis was performed among grain traits in this study. The results demonstrated that GW was related with row-type but not with hulled or hulless characters. Two-rowed barley showed higher GW value of 46.89 mg than that of 35.71 mg for six-rowed barley. GL varied significantly between hulless and hulled barley and between six-rowed and two-rowed barley,both the latter of which were longer. The maximum GL of 13.19 mm was from wild barley. GL appeared to be shorter by domestication and breeding. Variation of GWid showed higher value of 3.55 mm for two-rowed barley than 3.26 mm for six-rowed barley. No significant difference was found in GWid between hulled and hulless barley. Variation of GT showed similar trend to that of GWid,while the minimum of 1.69 mm was from wild barley.Correlation analysis revealed GW was significantly correlated with both GWid and GT,while the two latter were significantly correlated with each other as well.
