      为给高产小麦合理选用生长调节剂提供科学依据,以弱筋小麦扬麦13为试验材料,研究了不同生长调节剂(矮壮素、拌种剂、种衣剂、多效唑)拌种对不同群体小麦茎秆生长及籽粒产量的调节效应。结果表明,拌种处理均能有效降低扬麦13的株高、重心高度及基部节间长度,对茎秆粗度、茎壁厚度、茎秆干重的调节效应因生长调节剂种类不同而存在差异,其中,低密度条件下拌种剂处理的小麦茎壁厚度增加显著,而高密度条件下多效唑处理小麦的茎壁厚度增加显著。生长调节剂拌种处理提高了扬麦13的抗倒伏能力,其作用效果表现为多效唑>种衣剂>拌种剂>矮壮素。相关分析表明,降低植株株高、基部第一节间长度,增加基部第一、二节间壁厚有利于提高植株抗倒性能。拌种处理下小麦产量均高于对照,300×10株·hm-2群体的产量高于150×10株·hm-2群体,均以种衣剂拌种处理增产最明显,平均增幅达11.68%,在倒伏年拌种处理增产效果更显著。

      In order to select the optimal growth regulator for high-yield wheat production, a field experiment was done to investigate the effects of seed dressing with plant growth regulators chlorrmequat chloride (CCC), paclobutrazol (PP 333), seed dressing agent (SD) and seed dressing (SC) and different planting densities (150×10 and 300×10 plants·hm-2) on grain yield and stem growth using weak gluten wheat Yangmai 13.The results showed that compared to the control, the treatment with plant growth regulators reduced the length of 1st and 2nd basal internodes, plant height and height of center of gravity,but increased culm diameter and dry weight per unit length of the 1st and 2nd basal internodes. It also increased thickness of stem wall of the 1st and 2nd basal internodes.However, the effects of plant growth regulators depended on different types. SD treatment performed better on the thickness of stem wall at low-density condition, while PP 333 increased effectively at high-density condition.Plant growth regalators were beneficial to lodging resistance, especially reducing the lodging risks at high-density condition.The effects of different plant growth regulators on lodging resistance followed a decreasing order of PP 333, SC, SD and CCC.Correlation analysis showed lodging resistance was improved by reducing plant height and the length of 1st basal internode and increasing the thickness of stem wall of 1st and 2nd basal internodes.Plant growth regulators increased the grain yield, and the grain yield at 300×10 plants·hm-2 was higher than that of 150×10 plants·hm-2. At different densities,seed-dressing agent treatment significantly improved grain yield by 11.68%.Plant growth regalators had even better effects on increasing grain yield in the year of lodging.
