      为了解小麦灌浆和品质对高温的响应,同时为小麦耐热育种筛选种质资源,选取我国北方麦区和黄淮麦区13个推广品种(系)于2013-2014年度种植在石家庄,以自然生长为对照,研究了塑料棚热胁迫处理下小麦籽粒灌浆和品质的基因型差异。结果表明,中麦895、CA0816、衡4444、京冬8号和石麦15的产量和千粒重在自然生长和热处理环境中均较高,抗热性好;在自然生长和热处理环境间中麦875的产量差异不大,但千粒重均较高,抗热性较好;衡08观29、衡观35和石优17的产量和千粒重在自然生长环境下较高,但在热处理下均较低,抗热性较差。与自然生长环境相比,热处理下小麦籽粒硬度增加,其他指标变化规律不一致,石优17的吸水率、湿面筋含量和硬度差异显著,衡08观29的蛋白质含量、延展性和湿面筋含量差异显著;灌浆高峰期自然生长下灌浆速率为1.5~1.8 g·d-1,热处理下灌浆速率为1.3~1.6 g·d-1

      Selection of heat resistance cultivars is an important approach for coping with climate changes as well as providing heat tolerant germplasm for wheat breeding. Thirteen wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars and advanced lines collected from the Northern China Winter Wheat Region and Huanghuai Winter Wheat Region were planted in Shijiazhuang in 2013-2014 cropping season to investigate the effects of heat stress on yield and grain quality. The results showed that thousand kernel weight (TKW) might be used as a simple criterion in selection for heat resistance. Zhongmai 895,CA0816,Heng 4444,Jingdong 8 and Shimai 15 obtained high yield and high TKW under both normal and heat stress environments,and were characterized as high resistance to heat stress; Zhongmai 875 achieved medium yield but high TKW in all environments,and were characterized as good resistance to heat stress; Heng08guan 29,Hengguan 35 and Shiyou 17 obtained high yield and high TKW in normal environment,but low yield and low TKW in heat stress environment,and were characterized as poor resistance to heat stress. The grain hardness index was increased under heat stress environment,and other indexes showed different responses. The water absorption,wet gluten and grain hardness of Shiyou 17 showed significant differences under normal and heat stress environments. The grain protein content,extensibility and wet gluten of Heng08guan 29 also showed significant difference under normal and heat stress environment. The grain filling rate reached 1.5~1.8 g·d-1 under normal environment compared with 1.3~1.6 g·d-1 under heat stress environment.
