      为了揭示氮肥追施比例对弱筋小麦扬麦15籽粒品质和产量的调节效应,在施纯氮总量210 kg·hm-2条件下,在江苏淮南的扬州和海安两地研究了3种氮肥追施比例对弱筋小麦籽粒品质和产量的影响。结果表明,增加拔节肥比例能显著增加弱筋小麦籽粒蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量和沉降值;氮肥追施比例对弱筋小麦籽粒千粒重、容重、硬度、出粉率等磨粉品质以及降落值、面团形成时间、稳定时间、峰值黏度和稀懈值等品质指标影响不明显;随拔节肥比例上升,乳酸溶剂保持力呈上升趋势,而水溶剂保持力、碳酸钠溶剂保持力和蔗糖溶剂保持力变化不明显;随氮肥用量后移,籽粒产量显著提高。综合品质和产量来看,在本试验条件下,弱筋小麦扬麦15的适宜氮肥追施比例为5∶1∶4(基肥∶壮蘖肥∶拔节肥)。

      The effect of nitrogen application ratios at different growing stages on grain quality and yield of weak gluten wheat cultivar Yangmai 15 was studied. The field experiment was conducted in Yangzhou and Haian, Jiangsu province in 2009-2010. There were three nitrogen application ratios, namely 7∶1∶2 (base∶ tillering∶ elongation), 5∶4∶1 and 5∶1∶4 under the same N amount of 210 kg·hm-2. The results were as follows: (1)The grain protein content, wet gluten content and sedimentation value were increased significantly with the increase of the proportion of jointing fertilizer. (2)The N application ratio had no effects on thousand-grain weight, test weight, hardness, flour yield, development time, stability time, peak viscosity and breakdown. (3)Lactic acid solvent retention capacity (SRC) was increased with the increase of the proportion of jointing fertilizer, however, N application ratio had no effect on the water SRC, sodium carbonate SRC and sucrose SRC. (4)The grain yield increased significantly with the postponing of N application stage. To obtain better quality and high yield, the appropriate N application ratio (base∶tillering∶elongation) was 5∶1∶4 for weak gluten wheat cultivar Yangmai 15.
