      为了鉴定四川小麦的穗发芽抗性,筛选出能鉴定四川小麦穗发芽抗性的分子标记,检测了90份四川小麦品种(系)的发芽指数(GI)、整穗发芽率(SGR),同时利用5个分子标记( Vp1B3 Dorm-1 Mst101 Xwmc468 Xgwm282)对上述小麦材料进行PCR扩增,分析扩增片段与GI、SGR的相关性。结果表明,90份品种(系)的GI均值为20.7%,变化范围为0.1%~51.9%;SGR均值为42.7%,变化范围为0.4%~90.3%;有22份品种(系)的GI和SGR均小于10.0%。5个标记中,标记 Dorm-1与穗发芽抗性不相关;标记 Mst101与SGR相关显著,与GI相关不显著,能否用于穗发芽抗性筛选需进一步验证;其他3个标记( Vp1B3 Xwmc468 Xgwm282)都与穗发芽抗性相关,表明这3个分子标记均可用于四川地区小麦品种穗发芽抗性的筛选。

      The aim of this study was to identify the breeding materials with pre-harvest sprouting (PHS) tolerance and to assess the efficiency of the corresponding markers in selection in Sichuan wheat varieties (lines) with higher PHS tolerance. Five markers ( Vp1B3, Dorm-1, Mst101, Xwmc468 and Xgwm282) were employed to screen 90 Sichuan wheat varieties (lines), and were used to analyze the correlations between the PCR amplified fragments of the five markers with GI and SGR.The results showed that the GI of 90 wheat varieties (lines) ranged from 0.1% to 51.9% with an average of 20.7%.The SGR ranged from 0.4% to 90.3% with an average of 42.7%.Among them,there were 22 wheat varieties (lines) with GI and SGR lower than 10.0%.The relationship between the variations of PCR products of the five markers with the germination index (GI) and spike germination rate (SGR) of the tested Sichuan wheat varieties (lines) confirmed that three markers of Vp1B3, Xwmc468 and Xgwm282 were associated with PHS response, the marker of Dorm-1 was not associated, and the maker of Mst101 need to be further studied. So the three markers of Vp1B3, Xwmc468 and Xgwm282 could be used in wheat pre-harvest sprouting resistance breeding in Sichuan wheat region.
