为揭示耕层优化双行匀播技术的增产机理,在2012-2013年小麦生长季,于山东省农科院作物所试验基地,通过大田试验,以鲁原502为材料,比较了旋耕(RT)、深耕(DT)和耕层优化双行匀播(MT)3种耕作方式下麦田0~105 cm内不同土层土壤容重、含水量、速效养分含量、微生物量碳氮含量、酶活性等理化特性的差异。结果表明,RT和DT易使土壤出现犁底层,而MT可有效改善土壤物理结构,显著降低25~45 cm土层土壤容重,并在小麦不同生育时期均能维持土壤较高含水量,增强土壤蓄水能力。与RT和DT相比,MT可有效增加25~45 cm土层土壤碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾含量,提高土壤微生物量碳氮含量及土壤酶活性。说明耕层优化技术能够加深耕层,同时可有效改善小麦根际土壤的理化特性。 |

The effect of three different tillage methods,including deep tillage,rotary tillage and double row sowing- topsoil modification technology (DS-TOT),on soil bulk density,water content at different periods,soil available nutrients,carbon and nitrogen of soil microbial biomass and activities of soil enzymes were investigated using wheat variety Luyuan 502 in a field experiment. The results showed that DS-TOT could ameliorate the soil physical structure and reduce the soil bulk density. Compared with deep tillage and rotary tillage,DT-SOT significantly increased soil water content at different growth stages of wheat. At the same time,DT-TOT could effectively improve the available nutrients in 25~45 cm soil depth,enhance the carbon and nitrogen content of soil microbial biomass and the activities of soil enzymes. |
