      为给啤酒大麦高产育种提供参考依据,选用7个株高构成指数存在一定差异的啤酒大麦品种(系),连续两年按照Griffing双列杂交方法II配制21个杂交组合,对大麦株高构成指数的遗传特性及其与产量性状的相关性进行分析。结果表明,株高构成指数ILI1I2I3I4在基因型间差异达到极显著水平,在年份间和年份×基因型互作间只有I4存在显著的差异;7个大麦亲本和21个杂种F1的株高构成指数的平均值均接近黄金分割值0.618;株高构成指数ILI1I4的遗传符合加性 显性模型,以加性效应为主,显性程度ILI1为部分显性,I4为完全显性至部分显性,具有较高的狭义遗传力;I2I3遗传符合加性 显性 上位性模型;控制ILI4的减效等位基因为显性,控制I1的增效等位基因为显性;株高构成指数可能受1对或2对主基因控制。相关分析表明株高构成指数与株高和千粒重均无显著相关,I2与穗长呈显著正相关, ILI1与穗粒数呈显著正相关,I1与籽粒产量呈显著正相关。

      To provide the basis for improvement of yield potential in malty barley, the inheritance of plant height component indexes and their correlation with yield component related traits were investigated. The 21 hybrids with 7 barley parents with different plant height component index made with Griffing diallel cross design II were utilized during 2012-2013 growing seasons. The results showed that there were significant differences in the plant height component index among genotypes at 0.01 level, while only I4 showed significant differences among years, and interactions between genotypes and years at 0.05 level. The plant height component index was closed to “golden section” value of 0.618. Genetic models for IL, I1, I4 were found to be additive and dominance, and the additive effect was responsible for the heredity of each index. The IL and I1 was partly dominance, and the genetic model for I4 was between partial dominance and complete dominance, with higher narrow sense heritability. The genetic models for IL, I1 and I4 were found to be additive dominance epistasis. The alleles with decreasing effect controlling IL and I4 were dominant, while the alleles with increasing effect controlling I1 were dominant. There was no significant correlation existed between plant height component index with plant height or 1000 grain weight, and I2 was positively correlated with panicle length,IL and I1 were positively correlated with kernelsper spike, and I1 was positively correlated with grain yield.
