      为系统了解小麦条锈菌在甘肃冬小麦种植区的越冬情况,2011-2013年采用冬前田间定点标记、冬后移栽至温室系统观察和条锈菌实时荧光定量PCR检测等方法,分析了甘肃省天水市秦州区、陇南市礼县和平凉市庄浪县小麦条锈病的越冬株率和越冬菌源量。结果表明,小麦条锈菌在天水、陇南和平凉地区均能顺利越冬,但三地间的越冬株率和越冬菌源量均存在着显著差异(P<0.05);实时荧光定量PCR方法较直接观察法更为准确,可以用于小麦条锈菌的早期准确监测。
英文摘要:
      Wheat stripe rust is one of the most serious diseases in wheat production. It is very important to establish rapid and accurate method of monitoring Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici (PST) for disease prediction. From 2011 to 2013, the overwintering of PST at latent status in leaf tissue of wheat in Qinzhou (Tianshui), Lixian (Longnan), and Zhuanglang (Pingliang), Gansu province was studied through marking the diseased plants in the field before winter, systematic observation of symptoms and sporulation after being transplanted into greenhouse, and real time quantitative PCR detection. Results showed that PST could successfully overwinter in those locations, but there were significant differences in the overwintering rate of diseased plant and inoculum quantity (P<0.05) among the three locations. Real time quantitative PCR method was more accurate than the naked eye observation. It could be used for monitoring of wheat stripe rust early and accurately.
