      为筛选耐盐性较好的青稞种质资源,针对叶绿素含量、细胞膜透性、超氧化物歧化酶含量、丙二醛含量及地上部分和地下部分Na+/K+,运用相关分析、主成分分析和隶属函数法等分析方法,对来自西藏、四川和甘肃的34份地方青稞品种(系)进行苗期耐盐性综合分析,并将苗期与芽期耐盐性评价结果进行了比较。结果表明,34份材料中,长芒红四棱、矮黑六和XQ0391耐盐性较强,XQ0317、XQ0497和XQ0491耐盐性相对较弱。经聚类分析, 34份青稞品种(系)被分为3类,其中第一类有3份材料,综合评价值D≥0.6,耐盐性较强;第二类有18份材料,综合评价值0.44≤D<0.6,中度耐盐;第三类有13份材料,综合评价值D<0.44,相对盐敏感。在34份材料中,11份材料的芽期和苗期耐盐性相同,其余材料不一致。

      In this study, the salt resistance of 34 hulless barley accessions from Tibet, Sichuan and Gansu of China was indentified by investigating their chlorophyll content, cell membrane permeability, SOD activity, MDA content, Na+/K+ ratio in leafs and Na+/K+ ratio in roots at seedling stage. Then, comprehensive evaluation was conducted for the tolerance to salt of these hulless barley materials, including correlation analysis, principal component analysis, subordinate function comprehensive analysis and cluster analysis. The results indicated that, the materials including Changmanghongsileng, Aiheiliu and XQ0391 had relatively better salt tolerance, while XQ0317, XQ0497 and XQ0491 had relatively weaker salt tolerance. In case of the synthetic evaluation value(D), the 34 hulless barley varieties (lines) were clustered into three groups. Three accessions of hulless barley, which had relatively better salt tolerance with D≥0.6, clustered into Group 1, while in Group 2, 18 entries of hulless barley varieties (lines) had relatively moderately salt tolerance with 0.44≤D<0.6. The remains including 13 accessions of hulless barley materials were clustered into Group 3 with D<0.44, implying that they had relatively weaker salt tolerance. Meanwhile, the result at germination stage was compared with seedling stage. The results showed there were 11 accessions of hulless barley exhibit the same salt tolerance and the other materials exhibited different salt tolerance at germination stage and seedling stage.
