      为了解小麦品种绵麦37在当前生产和抗病育种上的利用价值,通过室内和田间试验,对该品种进行了苗期和成株期的条锈病和白粉病抗性鉴定和评价。结果表明,在苗期接种的846份采自甘肃省不同地区及邻近周边麦区的条锈菌样中,51份菌株对绵麦37具有致病性,占总菌样数的6.03%;所用的条锈菌样中,生理小种及致病类型包括CYR33、CYR32、Su11-2、Su11-3、Su11-4、HY8、HY9、HY4、G22-9和G22-14,这些小种及致病类型主要分布在甘肃、四川及陕西等地,尤以四川、甘肃陇南等地出现频率较高。在成株期随着以G22-9和G22-14为代表的贵农类群出现频率的进一步升高,绵麦37已逐步在甘肃陇南田间丧失抗条锈性,但对白粉病抗性表现较好,尚可作为抗源材料进一步利用。

      Mianmai 37 is an important variety and resistant source material in Sichuan province. And its resistant characters to stripe rust and powdery mildew were investigated, the results showed that there were 51 isolates of Puccinia striiformis f. sp tritici among 846 isolates which were virulent to Mianmai 37 at seedling stage during 2010-2012, including CYR33, CYR32, Su11-2, Su11-3, Su11-4, HY8, HY9 ,HY4, G22-9 and G22-14, and these isolates distributed in Gansu, Sichuan and Shanxi province. The frequency of isolates from Sichuan and Longnan region, Gansu province was higher than that from Shanxi province. Wheat variety Mianmai 37 did not have resistance in field to the new isolates G22-9 and G22-14 of stripe rust, which emergence and accumulation since 2011. According to the results of 4 years inspection, wheat variety Mianmai 37 was resistant to powdery mildew in field in Longnan region, Gansu province. Mianmai 37 may be used as resistant source to powdery mildew in plant breeding.
