为了解水杨酸(SA)对Hg2+胁迫小麦幼苗生长的缓解作用,以小麦品种豫麦58号为材料,采用室内水培法分析了在Hg2+胁迫下小麦幼苗经不同浓度SA处理后的生长及生理变化。结果表明,外施SA能显著提高Hg2+胁迫下小麦幼苗的根长、株高、单株鲜重,叶片叶绿素、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量,以及抗氧化酶活性和根系活力(P<0.05),极显著降低丙二醛含量与超氧阴离子产生速率(P<0.01)。说明外施SA可通过提高小麦幼苗可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量及抗氧化酶活性来维持细胞膜的稳定性,降低膜脂过氧化伤害程度,从而缓解了Hg2+胁迫对幼苗生长的抑制作用,其中以40 mg·L-1 SA缓解效果最好。 |

To understand the regulation effects of applying salicylic acid (SA) on the resistance to Hg2+ of wheat seedlings,wheat cultivar Yumai 58 was used as the experimental material in this study,the effects of SA on the growth of wheat seedlings under Hg2+ stress were studied through hydroponic method. The results showed that after application of SA,the root length,plant height,fresh weight per plant,the contents of chlorophyll content,soluble proteins and proline,the root activity and the activities of antioxidant enzymes of the Hg2+ stressed wheat seedlings were significantly increased,while,the content of malonaldehyde and the production rate of superoxide anion were significantly decreased (P<0.01). Which suggested the harmful effects of Hg2+ stress on wheat seedlings were mitigated by applying SA through increasing the contents of soluble proteins and proline in the wheat seedlings and increasing the activities of the antioxidant enzymes to reduce the damage from peroxidation of membrane lipid,and the optimal SA concentration was 40 mg·L-1 . |
