为了解硫胺素对防腐剂胁迫小麦幼苗生长的缓解效应,采用土培试验,研究了复合防腐剂(苯甲酸钠∶山梨酸钾= 2∶3,m/m)胁迫下小麦幼苗生长对不同浓度硫胺素处理的响应。结果表明,10.0 g·L-1复合防腐剂显著抑制小麦幼苗的生长,表现为出苗延迟,植株矮化,叶片叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量和根系活力降低,膜脂过氧化加剧。经适宜浓度的硫胺素处理后,幼苗的上述形态和生理指标均发生良性转变,且以0.4 g·L-1硫胺素处理效果最好,说明外源硫胺素能够缓解复合防腐剂对小麦幼苗生长的胁迫毒害。 |

To investigate the best concentration of thiamine on alleviating preservative damaged wheat seedling, the method of modified soil culture was performed in this study. Subsequently, the effect of different thiamine concentrations on wheat seedling under compound preservatives (sodium benzoate∶potassium sorbate = 2∶3, m/m) stress were further studied. The results showed that abnormalities of wheat seedling were observed under 10.0 g·L-1 compound preservatives treatment, mainly including seedling delayed emergence, dwarfed plants, decreased chlorophyll content and soluble protein content, root vigor, rapid peroxidation of plasma membrane. However, the morphological and physiological abnormalities of wheat seedlings could be improved with a treatment of the appropriate thiamine concentration. The best thiamine concentration (0.4 g·L-1) alleviated the preservative damage on wheat seedling to the most extent. Taken together, exogenous thiamine could decrease the damage of compound preservatives on wheat seedling, increase the resistance, and promote the growth and development of wheat seedlings, and the best concentration of thiamine is 0.4 g·L-1. |
