      为了解大麦开颖角度的配合力及其稳定性,以5个开颖角度差异较大的大麦品种及以其作亲本按照完全双列杂交组配得到的20个杂交种为材料,对2年6点次的不同环境下大麦开颖角度的配合力及其基因型与环境的互作关系进行了分析。结果表明,开颖角度受材料、环境及二者互作的影响均达到极显著水平;一般配合力和特殊配合力方差均达极显著水平;亲本一般配合力在环境间差异较小,表现为沪1154>扬0187>黄长芒>1430R>扬农啤7号;组合的特殊配合力在环境间差异较大。5个亲本的一般配合力在不同环境间表现稳定,单点测定的结果对其他环境的参考利用价值高;特殊配合力的稳定性较差。开颖角度配合力的稳定性主要受加性效应的支配,基因型与环境互作对其影响较小。

      In this paper, five parents and twenty reciprocal crosses composed according to the Griffing design were used to study the combing abilities and theirs genetic stability in glume-opening angle between different environments. All the materials were sown at three sites with two years' repeat and the glume-opening angles were measured at the anthesis with image scanning technology. The result showed that there were highly significant differences found in different locations and genotypes and location×genotypes interaction, respectively. Variance analysis of combing ability indicated that the difference of both general combing ability and special combing ability reached the extremely significant level. There was little difference for the general coming ability of five parents among different environments, and the order of which was Hu 1154>Yang 0187>Huangchangmang>1430R>Yangnongpi 7. However, special combing ability showed higher difference between environments. Stability analysis indicated that the general combing ability with higher stability measured in single environment had high reference value to other environments. The special combing ability with worse stability needed to be measured in multiple environments. The stability of combing ability of glume-opening angle was controlled by the additive effect, less affected by the interaction between combing ability and environments.
