      为了给小麦抗盐育种和盐渍土小麦丰产栽培提供理论依据,本试验以SNP为外源NO供体,分析不同浓度外源NO浸种对盐胁迫(100 mmol·L-1 NaCl)下小麦幼苗叶片MDA含量、叶绿素含量、SOD活性和CAT活性的影响。结果表明,不同浓度NO可以显著降低盐胁迫后叶片中MDA含量,显著提升叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量,显著增强SOD和CAT活性(P<0.05),其中以0.06 mmol·L-1 SNP浸种处理效果最好。因此,外源NO对盐胁迫小麦幼苗的生长有一定的缓解作用。
英文摘要:
      Remission or improvement of plant growth and development by salt stress are of very important significance on crop yield and ecological environment protection. The study investigated the effects of sodium nitroprusside (SNP) as exogenous nitric oxide (NO) donor on the contents of MDA, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, and the activities of SOD and CAT in leaves of wheat seedlings under 100 mmol·L-1 NaCl stress, to provide a theoretical basis for salt resistance and wheat high-yield cultivation in saline soil. The results showed that different concentrations of SNP could significantly decrease the content of MDA, increase the content of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b, increase the activities of SOD and CAT (P<0.05), especially after being treated by 0.06 mmol·L-1 SNP. We suggested that exogenous NO had certain relieving role on the growth of wheat seedlings under salt stress.
