      为了研究固定道保护性耕作对土壤有机碳和小麦产量的影响,通过自2005年开始在河西绿洲灌区设置的田间定位试验,以传统平作(CT)为对照,分析了垄作固定道(PRB)和平作固定道(ZT)2种保护性耕作方式下土壤总有机碳(TOC)、土壤微生物量碳(SMBC)和小麦产量的变化及其相关性。结果表明,不同耕作方式下TOC 和 SMBC含量均表现为PRB>ZT>CT,且PRB、ZT与CT的差异达到显著水平,TOC和SMBC的土壤剖面垂直分布特征相似,耕层土壤TOC 和 SMBC 差异显著,随着土壤深度增加,各处理之间差异逐渐减小;PRB处理小麦产量是CT处理的1.14倍,ZT处理小麦产量是CT处理的1.11倍,PRB处理比ZT处理小麦产量高219 kg·hm-2;TOC 和 SMBC之间及其与小麦产量之间存在极显著相关性。本研究结果说明,在河西绿洲灌区实施垄作固定道保护性耕作措施,有利于提高土壤固碳能力,是持续增加小麦产量的主要耕作方式。

      Effects of different tillages including conventional tillage (CT), permanent raised bed (PRB) and zero tillage on flat field (ZT) with tractor lane settled on total organic carbon (TOC), soil microbial biomass carbon (SMBC) and grain yield of wheat were studied based on the long term trial established in 2005 in oasis irrigation area in Hexi Corridor.The results showed that the contents of TOC and SMBC were in the order of PRB>ZT>CT, there was significant difference between PRB, ZT treatments and CT treatment, the distribution characteristics of TOC and SMBC in the soil profile were similar.The differences of TOC and SMBC contents among the three tillage systems were obvious in the plow layer and gradually decreased with the increase of soil depth; Grain yield of wheat of PRB and ZT treatment was 1.14 and 1.11 times more than that of CT treatment, respectively; the yield of PRB was 219 kg/hm higher than that of ZT treatment.There were positive correlations between TOC and SMBC contents with yield of wheat.As a result, the tractor lane settled farming, as a conservation tillage technology, combined with ridge planting and returning crop residues into soil not only could enhance soil carbon sequestration potential, and also improve yield of wheat.So it is a kind of more suitable farming practices to promote soil quality in this area.
