      为了解大麦亲本材料间的遗传差异及农艺性状特征,利用46对SSR引物对61份大麦材料进行遗传多样性分析,并鉴定了其田间农艺性状。结果表明,株高最高和最矮的材料分别为苏盐0014和Z122V032W;穗长最长和最短者分别为阿恩特13和富士二条;BYT CRA3的穗粒数最多。不同农艺性状的相关性分析表明,株高和第二节间长,第一节间长和第二节间长,穗长和穗粒数均具有极显著的相关性。SSR分析结果表明,46对SSR引物在61份材料中共检测到117个等位变异,单个引物可检测到1~5个等位变异,平均每个引物可检测到2.5个。聚类分析结果表明,参试材料遗传相似系数(GS)为0.572 6~0.954 4,平均值为0.753 0。在GS为0.726 0处,61份材料可聚为5大类。大多数国内材料被聚为一类,国外材料与国内材料遗传差异较大。

      In order to know the genetic differences and the agronomic characteristics of barley parent materials and provide useful information for parent combinations, the genetic diversity of 61 barley parent materials were analyzed by 46 SSR markers and agronomic traits were identified in the field. The results showed that Suyan 0014 was the highest and Z122V032W was the lowest in plant height. The spike length of Arndt 13 was the longest, and Fushi Ertiao was the shortest. The grain number per spike of BYT CRA3 was the most in 61 materials. Correlation analysis of different agronomic traits indicated that there were high correlation between plant height and second internode, the same as first internode and second internode,the same as first internode and second internode,and also spike length was significantly related with grain number per spike. SSR analysis showed that a total of 117 alleles were detected in 61 materials by the 46 markers. Each marker could detect 1~5 alleles with 2.5 alleles in average. Clustering analysis revealed that the genetic similarity coefficient (GS) ranged from 0.572 6 to 0.954 4, with the mean of 0.753 0. The 61 materials could be clustered into 5 groups at the level of 0.726 0.
