      为了解小麦山农066559的紫粒、紫色花药和紫色叶鞘三个性状的遗传规律,以山农066559和普通小麦SN1391为亲本材料,分析其不同杂交世代(正反交F1、F2、F3和回交世代BC1F1、BC1F2)的性状表型,进行紫色性状遗传规律研究。结果表明,对于籽粒而言,F3中紫色与白色的分离比符合9∶7,在BC1F2中,该比例为1∶3,说明紫色籽粒由两对独立的显性互补基因控制。对于花药而言,F2中紫色与黄色的分离比符合1∶3,在BC1F1中,该比例是1∶1,说明紫色花药由一对隐性基因控制。对于叶鞘而言,F2中紫色与白色符合3∶1的比例,在BC1F1中,该比例为1∶1,说明紫色叶鞘由一对显性基因控制。此外,三个性状的联合遗传分析表明,紫粒与紫花药的基因符合自由组合定律;紫粒的一个基因与紫叶鞘基因之间存在连锁和互换现象。可见小麦山农066559的紫色籽粒、花药和叶鞘性状,具有不同的遗传控制基因和遗传规律,这些基因之间具有不同的连锁特点。
英文摘要:
      Various morphological genes, controlling anthocyanin pigmentation of different tissues, are located on wheat chromosomes. These include the genes of purple grain color, purple anther and purple leaf sheath. In order to map the genes by using molecular markers, the inheritance law of purple traits are determined. Reciprocal cross between wheat SN066559 with purple characteristics and wheat SN1391 with non purple characteristics are made through the F3 generation, and then backcross are done between F1and parents through BC1F2 generation. The inheritance of grain color, anther color and leaf sheath color are determined according to the phenotypic ratios of each generation. The purple grain color, behaving as maternal effect, is controlled by two pairs of dominant and complementary genes, and the dosage effect is also found for the purple gene, the ratio of 9purple∶7white in F3 and 1purple:3white in BC1F2 is observed. The purple anther color is controlled by one pair gene with the purple anther color being recessive to non purple anther color, the ratio of 1purple anther color∶3non purple anther color in F2 and 1purple anther color:1non purple anther color in BC1F1 were observed. It has been observed that purple leaf sheath occurring in wheat is inherited as monofactorial trait the same as purple anther except it is controlled by dominant gene. The genes controlling purple grain color are genetically independent to that of purple anther color, but there are genetic linkage between the purple grain and the purple leaf sheath.
