      为给燕麦孢囊线虫的综合治理提供理论依据,在室内条件下分析了温度对燕麦孢囊线虫侵入、发育与孢囊形成的影响。结果表明,接种3 d后,在18℃下燕麦孢囊线虫侵入数量最多;接种6~9 d后,16℃处理的线虫侵入数量明显高于其他温度处理;在12、14℃下线虫侵入数量分别于接种15 、12 d达到最大值。在16~18、20、22、24℃下线虫完成生活史分别需要34、30、27和18 d;在10~12℃下,于2个月后尚未发现雌虫形成。线虫在18~22℃下形成的孢囊数量最多。综合线虫的侵染数量与速度,认为线虫的最适宜侵染温度为16℃,最适宜的发育温度为18~22℃。
英文摘要:
      Effects of temperature on the penetration, development and cyst forming of Heterodera avenae were tested in controlled environments. The results showed that the number of nematodes penetrated in the root at 18℃ were the highest in 3 d after inoculation, while it was higher at 16℃ than those at other temperatures tested in 6~9 d after inoculation. The numbers of nematodes penetrated in root at 12℃ and 14℃ were the most in 15 d and 12 d after inoculation respectively. It need 34 d, 30 d, 27 d and 18d to complete a life cycle at 16~18℃,20℃,22℃,24℃ respectively. There was not female found in the root at 10~12℃ even after two months. In the second experiment, all the plants were first inoculated and incubated at 16℃ for 7 d, afterwards incubated at different temperatures. Cysts formed at 18~22℃ were higher than those at other temperatures. We suggested the optimum temperature for penetration is 16℃ and the optimum temperature for cyst forming is 18~22℃ based on the number of nematodes penetrated and the time of penetration.
