      生选6号是以半矮秆、中感赤霉病的宁麦8号为母本,多穗、中抗赤霉病的宁麦9号为父本杂交,F1代利用花培育种技术育成的高产稳产高抗赤霉病的小麦新品种。为了给该品种的合理利用提供依据,利用国家长江中下游冬麦组区域试验和生产试验以及多年多点赤霉病抗性鉴定的实验数据分析了其丰产性、稳定性及赤霉病抗性。此外,选用与赤霉病抗性相关的9对SSR引物对生选6号及其亲本宁麦8号和宁麦9号进行了基因型分析。结果表明,生选6号在两年国家区域试验和一年的生产试验中均比对照增产,适应性较广,静态和动态稳定性较好;其赤霉病抗性相当于苏麦3号,是目前通过审定并大面积推广应用的品种中唯一高抗赤霉病的小麦新品种。生选6号既存在来自双亲的赤霉病抗性位点,还存在双亲均没有而苏麦3号和望水白都存在的赤霉病抗性位点,这可能是生选6号赤霉病抗性超亲的主要遗传基础。

      Shengxuan 6 was a new wheat cultivar with high and stable yield, and highly resistance to Fusarium head blight(FHB). It was developed by the cross of Ningmai 8 and Ningmai 9 through anther culture technique, of which Ningmai 8 was semi dwarf and moderately susceptible to FHB, while Ningmai 9 was moderately resistant to FHB, with more tillers. The objective of this study was to provide basis for the reasonable utilization of Shengxuan 6 and the development of wheat cultivars with high yield and resistance to FHB. Yield potential, yield stability and resistance to FHB of Shengxuan 6 were evaluated, based on the experimental data from the regional yield trials in the Mid lower reaches of the Yangtze River. Moreover, 9 SSR markers highly associated with resistance to FHB were used to assess the genetic diversity between Shengxuan 6 and its two parents. The results revealed that the yield of Shengxuan 6 was higher than that of check wheat variety, Yangmai 158, in the regional yield trial from 2006 to 2009, and it possessed the characteristics of better yield stability and wide adaptability. Resistance to FHB of Shengxuan 6 was similar to Sumai 3, and it was the only highly resistant one to FHB of all the wheat cultivars released in recent years in China. On the basis of SSR marker analysis, ten resistance loci in Shengxuan 6 were screened, of which seven resistance loci derived from its parents, and the other two loci were found in Sumai 3 and Wangshuibai, but absent in its parents. This could be its genetic basis for transgressive resistance to FHB.
