      为了解外源ABA对冬小麦抗寒性的蛋白质组学影响机制,以强抗寒品种东农冬麦1号和弱抗寒品种济麦22为材料,苗期经外源ABA和钨酸钠(ABA合成抑制剂)处理后,分别于18℃、4℃、-6℃和-20℃进行低温胁迫,对小麦叶片的全蛋白进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS PAGE)分析。结果表明,低温下,外源ABA诱导处理后,东农冬麦1号叶片产生23、35和51 kD特异蛋白,15、43及53 kD蛋白上调表达;济麦22叶片产生28和36 kD特异蛋白,15、53及76 kD蛋白上调表达。

      To investigate the basic proteomics of exogenous ABA on the impact of cold hardiness in winter wheat, Strong chill resistant wheat cultivar Dongnongdongmai 1 and weak chill resistant wheat cultivar Jimai 22 were used as experiment materials, exogenous ABA and natrium wolframicum (the inhibitor of ABA synthesis) treatments were applied to the seedlings, then the seedlings were treated under cold stresses of 18°C, 4°C, -6°C and -20°C, the whole protein in wheat leaves was extracted and analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS PAGE).The results showed that exogenous ABA could induce the expression of specific proteins with molecular weight of 23 kD, 35 kD and 51 kD, and the proteins with molecular weight of 15 kD, 43 kD and 53 kD were up regulated at low temperature in ABA treated Dongnongdongmai 1. Exogenous ABA could induce the expression of specific proteins of 28 kD and 36 kD, and the proteins with molecular weight of 15 kD, 53 kD and 76 kD were up regulated at low temperature in ABA treated Jimai 22.
