      为了探索解决杂交小麦制种中父母本株高相近组合的制种问题,于小麦品系始穗期(抽穗5%)时用30 g·hm-2的赤霉素处理1 594份小麦种质,结果表明,绝大多数小麦种质的株高对赤霉素不敏感,1 594份供试品系中仅60份品系的株高对赤霉素敏感。由于部分品系来自同一种质的后代,小麦种质株高对赤霉素的敏感率实际上不到1%。赤霉素敏感的小麦品系株高增加范围为5~39 cm,其中Haida42 6 30和周麦13 2 1 1 3两个品系株高与对照差异极显著,用赤霉素处理后株高增加35 cm以上,可作为培育杂交小麦父本的种质。
英文摘要:
      In order to obtain GA sensitive Triticum aestivum germplasm,to solve the problem in wheat hybrid seed production when the male and female parents of a combination have similar plant height,the 1 594 lines of Triticum aestivum were screened by spraying gibberellin at the concentration of 30 g·hm-2 at the date of 5% heading. The results showed that most of the wheat germplasm were GA insensitive,among the 1 594 lines tested,there were only 60 with GA sensitivity. As part of the wheat germplasm were from the same germplasm's descendants,the percent of GA sensitive lines actually was less than 1%. The height of GA sensitive wheat lines increased from 5 cm to 39 cm after treatment. Haida42 6 30 and Zhoumai13 2 1 1 3 were the most sensitive lines with height increased by 35cm or more after spraying gibberellin,and can be used as paternal materials for hybrid wheat breeding.
