      为给三唑酮在小麦白粉菌防治中的合理应用提供依据,采用拌种离体叶段法测定了陕西省4个市19个乡镇的166个小麦白粉菌菌株对三唑酮的抗药性。结果表明,供试菌株对三唑酮的平均EC50为34.66 mg·L-1,平均抗药性水平为16.58倍,80.72%的菌株产生了抗药性。其中,高抗菌株(抗药性水平>40倍)占9.64%,中抗菌株(10倍<抗药性水平≤40倍)占37.35%。咸阳市武功县普集镇、宝鸡市岐山县高店乡和益店镇以及眉县横渠镇小麦白粉菌抗药性高于其他地区。说明陕西省关中大部分地区的小麦白粉菌已对三唑酮产生了抗药性,且抗药性呈增加趋势,但与全国范围相比,抗药性水平相对较低。

      To identify the resistance of Blumeria graminis f.sp. tritici to triadimefon in Shaanxi Province, and provide reference for the reasonable use of fungicide and control of this disease, 166 isolates collected from 19 towns in Shaanxi Province were tested by seed dressing and detached leaf segments. The results showed that the mean EC50 of all tested isolates was 34.66 mg·L-1, and the mean resistance factor (Rf) was 16.58. A total of 80.72% isolates produced resistance to triadimefon. Among these, the frequency of high resistant isolates (Rf>40) was 9.64% and middle resistant isolates (10<Rf≤40) was 37.35%. The resistance of the pathogen populations from Puji Town in Wugong County, Yidian Town in Qishan County and Hengqu Town in Meixian County was higher than those collected in other regions. Therefore, the pathogens in the most areas of Shaanxi Province had generated resistance to triadimefon, and the resistance level showed ascending tendency. However, the resistance level was relative lower than that of nationwide.
