      为建立冬小麦抗旱应变化学调控技术,以矮抗58为材料,在大田试验条件下研究了外源喷施不同浓度α 酮戊二酸对干旱胁迫下冬小麦籽粒灌浆与产量的影响。结果表明,外源喷施不同浓度α 酮戊二酸对小麦产量均有提高,其中以5 mmol·L-1 α 酮戊二酸处理增产效果最显著,产量和千粒重与对照相比均达显著水平,干旱处理低于正常对照。进一步分析可知,外源喷施5 mmol·L-1 α 酮戊二酸能增强干旱胁迫下冬小麦干物质的积累,提高旗叶叶绿素含量并延缓其降解速度,有机物质的转运率得到提高,理论最大粒重、平均灌浆速率、最大灌浆速率、有效灌浆持续期均表现为浓度5 mmol·L-1 处理时最大。说明外源喷施适宜浓度的α 酮戊二酸能显著改善干旱胁迫下冬小麦的物质生产状况。

      To establish chemical controlling technology of winter wheat, wheat variety Aikang 58 was taken as the material, the effects of different concentrations of exogenous α Oxoglutarate on grain filling and yield of wheat were studied under field drought stress. The results showed that, spraying different concentrations of exogenous α Oxoglutarate could increase the yield of wheat. Compared with the control, spraying 5 mmol·L-1 α Oxoglutarate significantly increased the yield and 1 000 kernel weight of wheat. However, the yield and 1000 kernel weight of wheat in drought stress was lower than that in normal irrigation treatment. We also found that the content of chlorophyll was increased and its degradation was delayed, the biomass and translocation rate of organic compounds were increased after spraying spraying α Oxoglutarate, and the 5 mmol·L-1 treatment appeared the best effects on regulating the maximum grain wheat weight, average rate of grain filling, maximum rate of grain filling and the effective duration of grain filling. It suggested that the application of α Oxoglutarate could improve the growth of wheat under drought stress condition significantly.
