      三粒小麦每朵小花通常可以结三粒种子。三粒小麦被认为是普通小麦“甘麦8号”的自然突变体,但一直缺乏分子证据。为了探讨三粒小麦与甘麦8号的亲缘关系,本研究利用SSR标记对三粒小麦、甘麦8号及其姊妹系等16份小麦材料进行了遗传多样性分析,63对引物共扩增出275条多态性带;遗传相似性分析表明,三粒小麦与甘麦8号之间未表现出更近的遗传距离;聚类分析将三粒小麦单独聚在一个亚组,而甘麦8号、甘麦8号的姊妹系及其亲本聚在另一个亚组,说明三粒小麦不一定来源于甘麦8号的自然突变。
英文摘要:
      Tri grain wheat normally has three pistils, and forms three grains in a floret. Tri grain wheat was assumed as a natural mutant type of Ganmai 8 since it had been discovered, but without any molecular evidence. To explore the genetic relationship and origin of tri grain wheat, 63 microsatellite markers located on 21 chromosomes of wheat were applied to investigate the genetic similarity between 16 wheat lines, including two types of tri grain wheat, Ganmai 8 and its sibling lines. A total of 275 fragments were amplified with an average of 4.36 per pair. Genetic similarity analysis showed that there was a higher genetic similarity between the two types of tri grain wheat, and the genetic distance between tri grain wheat and Ganmai 8 was not closer than that between tri grain wheat and other wheat lines. The UPGMA analysis classified the two tri grain wheat lines into one subgroup, Ganmai 8 and its sibling lines into another subgroup, which does not support the assumption that tri grain wheat is the mutant type of Ganmai 8.
