优质弱筋小麦适合制作饼干、糕点、南方馒头等食品。随着我国经济高速发展,饼干、糕点的需求量快速增长,与此相适应,优质弱筋小麦的需求量也将持续增加。经过十几年的工作,我国已育成了一批优质弱筋小麦品种应用于生产,形成了以江苏沿江沿海为重点的优势区域。本文总结了我国弱筋小麦育种进展和生产现状,分析了当前存在的主要问题,提出了相应的发展策略与建议,以期推动我国弱筋小麦产业的稳健发展。 |

Superior weak gluten wheat is suitable for the produce of biscuits, cakes and Chinese southern steamed bread.With high speed economic development of China, biscuits and cakes are in great demand. So the superior weak gluten wheat is great in demand.Breeding of weak gluten wheat has got remarkable achievements in China during the past ten years.A series of weak gluten wheat varieties were released and widely planted; the predominant production area along the river and the coast of Jiangsu Province has been developed.Moreover, the principal problems in weak gluten wheat breeding were analyzed and the strategy for weak gluten breeding was brought up to activate the development of weak gluten wheat industry. |
