      为给小麦抗赤霉病性鉴定提供理论依据,用禾谷镰刀菌粗毒素(简称“粗霉素”)处理抗性不同的小麦品种(系),研究了小麦幼苗对粗毒素的敏感性。结果表明,粗毒素对幼苗根长有明显的抑制作用,不同抗性品种(系)间差异较大,感病品种(系)均表现为抑制作用,抗病品种(系)表现一定的促进作用;抗病品种(系)叶片中过氧化氢酶活性增强,丙二醛含量下降,叶绿素含量增加。因此,测定粗毒素对小麦胚根的抑制作用,可以简便、直观地鉴别小麦的抗赤霉病性。
英文摘要:
      To provide a theoretical basis for indentification of resistance to wheat scab.The response of different wheat varieties to crude toxin was studied by treating the germinative seeds of different disease resistant varieties of wheat with Fusarium graminearum crude toxin in this experiment. The result showed that the growth of the embryo roots was obviously depressed by crude toxin,The response of the embryo buds of different wheat varieties to crude toxin was remarkably different,which indicated that crude toxin smothered the growth of the embryo buds of susceptible varieties but promoted disease resistant varieties. The activity of CAT, the content of MDA and the content of chlorophyll were determined, the principal results were that the activity of CAT was increased, the content of MDA was lower and the content of chlorophyll were higher disease resistant varieties than susceptible varieties. In a word, the action of inhibiting to the growth of the embryo roots treated with crude toxin produced by Fusarium graminearum could be used to easily and rapidly identify the Fusarium head blight resistance of wheat varieties.
