      为系统了解小麦根系生理活性的昼夜变化动态,规范根系活力测定技术,使不同研究条件下的根系活力测定结果具有可比性,2009-2010年度以黄淮麦区推广面积较大的三个冬小麦品种(郑麦9023、周麦18号和郑麦004)为材料,对一天中不同时间取样和取样后放置不同时间的根系活力进行了测定和比较分析。结果表明,小麦根系活力昼夜变化显著,最高值出现在10∶00-14∶00,然后呈现下降趋势,最低值出现在23∶00-02∶00,而在02∶00-10∶00呈先升后降再升的“N”型变化趋势。田间取样后6 h内,根系活力测定结果比较稳定,而在6 h后测定结果变化明显,尤其是在16 h后测定时变化显著。以上结果说明,小麦根系活力测定的最佳田间取样时间为10∶00-14∶00,田间取样后最好随即测定,如果时间不允许,也应争取在6 h之内测定完毕。
英文摘要:
      In order to systematically understand diurnal fluctuations of root physiological activity and normalize operation techniques for root activity determination, so that the determined results from different experimental environments could be comparable, root vigor from both samples taken from the field at 2~3 hours interval and preserved in laboratory at 2~4 hours interval within a whole day was comparably analyzed in 2009 2010 with semi winter and weak spring wheat cultivars widely grown in the Huang Huai Plains as the experimental materials. The results showed that wheat root vigor varied significantly within one day: the maximum determination values of root vigor were presented from 10∶00 to 14∶00, and thereafter the root vigor declined until the minimum values were presented from 23∶00 to 02∶00, while from 02∶00 to 10∶00 the root vigor change curve roughly showed as a N shape. Determination values of root vigor remained steady within 6 hours after sampled while after then the vigor changed obviously. Especially at 16 hours after sampled the root vigor varied significantly. It is indicated that the optimal sampling time within a day for root vigor determination be from 10∶00 to 14∶00 and that the vigor be determined immediately after the samples were taken. If the actual circumstances do not permit to determine the root vigor immediately, determination should be completed within 6 hours after sampled.
